STYLE TIP: Mixing neutrals is a great look for Spring. Try blending white, oatmeal, grey, nude, or camel.
Please remember that clothing has an age limit. When you dress in age inappropriate clothing, it actually makes you look older.
STYLE TIPS: Light colored wood platforms, canvas, and espadrilles are hot for Spring. Nudes are still super chic for the third straight year.

One of the hottest trends for 2011 is military-inspired fashion. Unlike many trends, this is one that is fairly easy to incorporate into your wardrobe without breaking the bank. A versatile piece or two can work wonders for keeping you looking up-to-date.
For instance, the Skinny cargo pants are the “it” item (an alternative to skinny jeans). Try them as a casual look with just a tee, or add a sequin top for a more dressed up look. To stay on trend, the cargo pants are best suited in an olive or khaki tone.
Other great items to get the “look" would be military style pins, aviator sunglasses or an aviator jacket.

Bargain hunters often wonder why some people buy various expensive articles of clothing when they can purchase similar items at a lower cost. While I too sometimes opt for less expensive things, MOST of the time you get what you pay for.
So what is the difference between the white tee shirt at the Gap or a white tee shirt from Majestic. First and foremost is the fabric. I purchased a long sleeve cotton tee at the Gap last year and wore it no more than twice, while looking through my closet recently I noticed a small whole in the center of the garment. The bottom line is the fabric is simply poor quality. It was reasonably soft and it fit ok.
Then I have my Majestic tee shirts. The fabric is incredibly soft and luxurious. The fit is fantastic too. After washing them many times, they still maintain their shape and have no holes in the fabric or the seams. Additionally, the high-quality fabric doesn’t wrinkle.
This was just an easy example but this can be said for clothing across the board. You will find in higher quality garments have a better fit as well. More time is spent making them, better patterns are used, and there is more quality control. So while bargain shopping can be fun and I highly recommend it, keep this in mind when you are purchasing staples for your wardrobe or anything that you will want to keep for a long time.
